Company Policies

Quality, safety and environment

Our QSE framework and ESHS practice are aligned with IFC and World Bank standards.

Quality Policy

Work is planned, executed and recorded under documented procedures. Sampling, logging and laboratory dispatch follow written protocols so that results can be checked, reconciled and repeated by a third party.

Health & Safety Policy

Every crew works to a documented safe system of work. Personal protective equipment, toolbox talks, incident reporting and equipment inspection are non-negotiable conditions of site access.

Environmental Policy

Water use is contained within engineered circuits, dust and vibration are monitored around blasting, and disturbed ground is rehabilitated within the plans agreed with regulators and host communities.

Community & Social Policy

We engage host communities before work begins, schedule haulage around community routines, and prioritise local employment and local suppliers wherever capability exists.
